We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front of House Team Leader to join our team at Rosies, a vibrant and dynamic nightclub in the heart of Birmingham. As a Front of House Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting the management team in creating and delivering a vision for exceptional customer service and ensuring that standards and compliance are maintained in the manager's absence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the management team in creating and delivering a vision for exceptional customer service
  • Ensure that standards and compliance are maintained in the manager's absence
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests

Requirements:

  • 18 or over as the role involves the sale of alcohol
  • Experience in a similar role or in a customer-facing environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
