We are excited to invite applications for the position of Childcare Room Supervisor. This role requires a minimum Level 3 qualification along with relevant experience in early years education.

Position Overview:

  • Work collaboratively with fellow educators to design and implement a curriculum aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage.
  • Create a nurturing and supportive atmosphere for children.
  • Engage in teamwork to share duties effectively.
  • Oversee daily nursery operations and guide your team.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and educational standards.
  • Assist in the training, mentoring, and supervision of team members.
  • Establish a safe and inviting environment for both children and their families.
  • Enhance the nursery's presence in the community while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the safety and welfare of children at all times.
  • Foster strong relationships with parents, providing regular updates on their children's development.
  • Assume key worker duties, including observing and planning engaging activities for children.
  • Utilize our unique Parent App to monitor and report on children's progress.
  • Consistently follow nursery policies and procedures.
