Room Leader Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Room Leader to join our team at Bright Horizons Rose Cottage Day Nursery and Preschool in Haywards Heath, West Sussex.
About the RoleAs a Room Leader, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team to deliver exceptional care and education to our children. You will ensure the learning environment provides consistent stimulation and engaging activities for the children, across both the indoor and outdoor areas.
You will deliver and plan rich learning opportunities and exceptional care, to help all children to develop and meet their individual milestones. You will develop and maintain strong partnerships with colleagues, parents, and/or carers, as well as other professionals, to meet the individual needs of each child.
