As a Forest School Leader, you will play a vital role in creating engaging and interactive learning experiences for our children, promoting their development and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement activities that cater to the unique needs and interests of each child, fostering their growth and development.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers, ensuring open communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of all children, adhering to safeguarding and child protection policies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive and inclusive environment, promoting a culture of respect and teamwork.
Requirements:
  • Relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
  • Previous experience working with children, preferably in a nursery or early years setting.
  • Passion for creating engaging and interactive learning experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and parents.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding, child protection, and legislative requirements.
