Role Overview:

We are currently seeking a Sales Consultant to join our Vehicle Solutions team due to our ongoing expansion. This role presents a competitive commission structure and significant opportunities for career advancement for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets through proactive account development.
  • Manage and cultivate a sales pipeline using the Radius Vehicle Solutions CRM system.
  • Identify and develop strategic prospects and new accounts.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all Radius Vehicle Solutions clients.
  • Oversee assigned accounts and their corresponding revenue streams.
  • Develop and implement customer-specific service level agreements and management information dashboards.
  • Prepare timely and accurate sales reports and proposals.
  • Maintain clear and positive communication of information.
  • Foster strong working relationships within the broader team and support functions.
  • Follow up on sales leads to ensure closure.
  • Gain familiarity with the full range of products offered by the company and tailor sales approaches to meet customer needs.
  • Analyze market trends and incorporate insights into future business strategies.
  • Enhance industry awareness of the Group's expertise in vehicle acquisition.
  • Monitor trade and economic conditions to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit quotations and responses to tenders.

Technical Competencies:

  • Comprehensive understanding of vehicle leasing and rental solutions.
  • Strong technical knowledge regarding vehicle specifications and company specifics.
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations to prospects and clients.
  • Proficient in identifying and resolving issues, with strong data analysis skills.
  • Skilled in crafting well-articulated proposals and reports tailored to client needs.
  • Effective negotiation skills and the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
  • Capable of working under pressure, self-motivated, and adept at managing multiple priorities.

  • Revenue and profit aligned with forecasts.
  • Accurate sales pipeline management.

  • Completion and upkeep of comprehensive 'Fact Find' documents for each prospect.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess a stable employment history within the vehicle contract hire, leasing, or rental sectors, demonstrating a proven ability to meet new business targets. You are proactive in following up on leads and excel in networking to generate high-quality appointments.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Background in the automotive industry.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting quarterly targets.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to high standards.
  • Experience in preparing and delivering sales presentations to senior management or director-level audiences.
