Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet guests with professionalism and a welcoming personality
  • Manage the reception area, including setting up and clearing meeting rooms, ordering lunches, and maintaining a clean and tidy kitchen
  • Provide administrative support, including printing, binding, and copying requests, logging expenses, and entering information onto the Company's database
  • Book couriers and travel, and undertake a weekly stock check on kitchen supplies and paper
  • Prepare the daily reception sheet for Security and provide basic document assistance
Requirements:
  • Basic skills in Office programs – Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, and Excel
  • Smart appearance and professional presentation and telephone manner
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a confidential environment and as an active team player

Training will be provided to cover all aspects of the role.
