Job Responsibilities

As a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the store, including managing inventory, maintaining store appearance, and providing excellent customer service.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing the store when the Manager is not present
  • Leading and engaging the team to achieve sales and profitability targets
  • Ensuring the store is clean and well-maintained
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve store goals and objectives
