Premises and Estates Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Facilities Operations Assistant to join our team at Leigh Academies Trust. As a key member of our Estates Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our premises and providing excellent support to our staff and students.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of our academy premises, including minor repairs and refurbishment works.
- Provide porterage services and support the Facilities Manager in ensuring the health and safety and security of our academy.
- Work collaboratively with the Estates Team to ensure the efficient operation of our premises and provide excellent customer service to our staff and students.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with our staff, students, and external partners to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of our estates strategy, ensuring that our premises meet the needs of our students and staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and duties.
- Basic IT skills and knowledge of health and safety procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
