Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Lodge Manager. This exciting opportunity is based in a stunning collection of 55 one and two bedroom retirement apartments located in the heart of Rainham, near Gillingham.

As a Lodge Manager, you will be responsible for providing a first-class service to our Home Owners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You will be the trusted, 'go-to' person on-site, liaising with a range of customers, contractors, suppliers and internal colleagues.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the maintenance of the property
  • Organising activities and events for Home Owners
  • Coordinating the development and ensuring a smooth-running operation
  • Managing contractors and suppliers
  • Completing health and safety checks

About You

We are looking for an individual with a passion for excellent customer service, a love of people and a background in administration and customer service. You will have an outgoing and friendly personality, with the ability to act with sensitivity and diplomacy when needed. You will also have the efficiency and assertiveness to manage the safety and security of the development, displaying good judgement and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
