Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Registered Nurse to join our team at Circle Health Group. As a Senior Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading a team of nurses in a fast-paced ward environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to junior nurses and support staff.
    • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.
    • Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Patient Care
    • Assess and develop individualized care plans for patients with complex needs.
    • Provide expert clinical advice and support to junior nurses and other healthcare professionals.
    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Education and Development
    • Develop and deliver educational programs for nurses and other healthcare professionals.
    • Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
    • Support the development of junior nurses through mentorship and coaching.
  • Quality and Safety
    • Conduct regular risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate risks.
    • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
    • Collaborate with quality and safety teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
    Requirements
    • Education and Qualifications
      • Registered General Nurse level 1/Diploma/BSc in Nursing studies.
      • Mentorship Qualification (ENB 998 or equivalent).
    • Experience
      • At least 2 years surgical experience.
    • Skills and Abilities
      • Excellent clinical applied knowledge and decision-making skills.
      • Strong leadership and management skills.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
