We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Specialist to join our team at Yu Group, a rapidly growing business-to-business utility company. As a Litigation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our commercial litigation and dispute resolution function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the preparation and presentation of claims in small claims, Fast/Intermediate, and Multi-track cases.
  • Provide guidance and training to paralegals and legal administrators on litigation procedures and best practices.
  • Conduct research and analysis of case law to support legal arguments and develop effective litigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with the team to gather evidence and data required to bring valid claims in large volumes.
  • Work closely with the case management system to ensure efficient and effective case management.
  • Deliver commercial litigation services and support a win/win culture within the organization.
  • Provide front-line legal advice and support in connection with the development and maintenance of our growing customer base.
Requirements:
  • Technical strong litigation experience: CILEx-qualified or studying, with the ability to work under limited supervision.
  • Ambitious and keen to take the next step in leading a legal solution for a rapidly growing business.
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
