Senior Care Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Elmbrook Court. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of care assistants to provide high-quality care to residents.
- Manage the day-to-day needs of residents, including medication administration and care planning.
- Deliver exceptional care, ensuring residents receive the highest standard of care and support.
- Ensure all areas of the care home are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
- Support family members and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming environment.
- Assist with meals and daily activities, promoting a sense of community and social interaction.
- At least 2 years' experience in delivering care or as a senior care assistant.
- Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (or willing to sign up or working towards it).
- Trained in medication administration.
- Excellent people and customer service skills.
- Ability to induct and supervise junior staff.
- Time management skills to delegate tasks within a team.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Caring attitude and flexible approach.
- Competitive hourly rate of £13.30.
- 42 hours per week, with flexible shift patterns.
