- Deliver high-quality care that meets the needs of our residents, including assisting with daily activities, meals, and personal care.
- Ensure all areas of the care home are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
- Support family members and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming environment.
- At least 2 years' experience in delivering care or as a senior care assistant.
- Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (or willing to sign up or working towards it).
- Trained in medication administration.
- Excellent people and customer service skills.
- Ability to induct and supervise junior staff.
- Time management skills to delegate tasks within a team.
- Good communication skills – verbal and written.
- Caring attitude and flexible approach.
- Competitive hourly rate of £13.30.
- 42 hours per week, with flexible shift patterns.
- Full-time contract with opportunities for career progression.
