Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Proactively manage client contact and ensure timely delivery of review services.
  2. Prepare and produce client mailings and Review Meeting Packs.
  3. Maintain client records on Intelligent Office, ensuring they are always up to date.
  4. Provide administrative support, process response forms, and liaise with advisers to meet client needs.
  5. Undertake large-scale data cleansing exercises and other centralized tasks.
What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset. Self-motivation, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines are essential. Experience in the financial planning sector, with knowledge of FCA rules and the financial services market, is desirable.

Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English, and a Diploma Level qualification or working towards CII, Chartered Status, or RO exams. 1+ year experience in an IFA/Wealth Management environment is preferred.
