Financial Planning Administrator/Paraplanner Opportunity

Abacus Professional Recruitment is seeking a skilled Financial Planning Administrator/Paraplanner to join our client's dynamic team in their Holywood office. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading independent financial planning firm, managing over £7bn in assets for 14,000 clients.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to maintain client records on Intelligent Office, undertake large-scale data cleansing exercises, and perform other centralized tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records on Intelligent Office
  • Undertake data cleansing exercises and other centralized tasks
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and colleagues
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English
  • Experience in the financial planning sector, with knowledge of FCA rules and the financial services market
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office
