About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies, building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients, and working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies in the renewable energy, advanced technology, and engineering industries.
- Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Market mapping and hunting new businesses to work with, identifying new opportunities and expanding our client base.
- Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and exceeding expectations.
- Managing your candidate database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
Requirements
- Degree educated or 6 months sales experience in a related field.
- Confident and outgoing, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ambitious and financially driven, with a strong desire to succeed and exceed targets.
- Great communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Resilient, hardworking, and persuasive, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to go above and beyond.
