Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team in South Derbyshire and Dales. As a Community Occupational Therapist, you will work with a diverse range of people, including older adults, to provide assessment, intervention, and support to promote independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct occupational assessments and develop individualized plans to address the needs of service users.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare professionals, social workers, and voluntary partners, to provide comprehensive care.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with service users, their families, and carers to ensure person-centered care.
- Participate in regular clinical and professional supervision to ensure high-quality practice and ongoing learning and development.
