About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Business Partner to join our team at Cobb & Jones. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in providing strategic commercial influence to our non-finance colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with our Strategy team to develop and implement financial models, forecasts, and budgets that drive business growth and profitability.
  • Provide financial support to our Regional Head of Sales, including analysis and evaluation of key business initiatives and financial evaluations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our Sales and Finance teams, providing guidance and recommendations to drive business results.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our business drivers, including revenue, margin, and profitability.
  • Act as a deputy to our Senior Finance Business Partner as required, providing support and guidance to the team.
  • Collaborate with our Sales colleagues to ensure that new business proposals are financially viable and aligned with our business strategy.
  • Act as a central point of contact for internal stakeholders for finance-related queries and provide expert advice and guidance.
  • Produce high-quality reports and presentations to drive business results and promote cross-functional collaboration and understanding.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a qualified accountant with a strong background in financial analysis and modeling. You will also need to have excellent business partnering skills, with the ability to understand and analyze complex financial data and drive business results.

We are looking for someone who is a strong communicator, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues at all levels. You will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
