We are seeking a Senior Commercial Analyst Lead to join our e-commerce team at Manchester Airport. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for providing strategic support and direction to various areas within the e-commerce team, ensuring the business remains on track to deliver on our Gross Revenue Budget.

You will work closely with the Head of E-commerce to establish and deliver the strategic and commercial plan for the distribution businesses. Additionally, you will support the CCO on global projects to shape and deliver CAVU's ambitious growth targets and strategic change.

As a Senior Commercial Analyst Lead, you will lead the analytical output of the commercial team, ensuring it is of the highest standard while teaching and influencing best practice approaches and skillsets to the immediate team.

About You
  • Be able to own, plan, and build sophisticated P&L business plan budgets at an airport level for 5 years and beyond for a minimum of 5 businesses
  • Understand key drivers of revenue and profitability, supporting the commercial team with trend forecasts for opportunities or change in direction
  • Be confident and capable of leading a regular process to review and work collaboratively with business development to ensure delivery of opportunities
  • Have an advanced understanding of Power BI and managing complex datasets
  • Be expert in interpreting data and identifying patterns and trends in data to diagnose problems or quantify the size or risk of an opportunity
