As a Sales Coordinator at SIG plc, you will play a vital role in supporting our regional sales management team with sales administration and customer service. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading specialist merchant of roofing related products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining new sales opportunities, targeting both new and existing customers.
  • Collaborate closely with the warehouse team to ensure the right products are delivered at the right time.
  • Regularly engage with our external sales force, following up on all sales quotes and leads in a timely manner.
  • Record activity and utilize internal systems accurately.
  • Input orders onto our system and maintain our sales records.
Requirements:
  • Previous internal sales support experience, with purchasing/sales order processing experience desirable.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships and deliver good quality customer service.
  • Good data accuracy and attention to detail, with good level of numeracy and IT skills.
