Unlock Your Sales Potential
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Sales Development Representative to join our team at Dynatrace. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new logo acquisitions and building sales pipelines through proactive outbound prospecting into target organisations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales approach to engage with Enterprise clients and drive sales growth
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to gather sales intelligence and identify new business opportunities
- Utilize sales tools and technology to qualify and pursue leads, and to maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data in Salesforce
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide value-added services to customers to drive sales and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of sales strategies and goals
Requirements
- Proven experience in Sales Development within an Enterprise Software environment
- Ability to think strategically and adapt sales approach to various prospects
- Driven and ambitious individual with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders
- Experience with Salesforce is desirable but not essential
