Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Rapid Response Care Assistants. This role presents a remarkable opportunity to broaden your skill set while providing essential support to individuals with complex care needs.


Key Responsibilities

As a Rapid Response Care Assistant, you will:

  • Receive comprehensive training and clinical guidance to master various intricate care techniques, including but not limited to tracheotomy management, ventilation support, seizure intervention, and stoma care.
  • Deliver compassionate care to clients of all ages, assisting them in their homes and within the community.
  • Be prepared to travel to multiple care packages within a designated radius and participate in an on-call schedule.
  • Embrace the unpredictability of each day, facing new challenges while positively impacting the lives of those you support.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

  • Prior experience in complex care settings, particularly in areas such as ventilation and tracheostomy care.
