We are excited to offer a full-time opportunity for a Team Leader to join our Pavers team. This role requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, with a flexible schedule that includes both weekends and weekdays.

What We Seek in a Team Leader

Are you dedicated to meeting sales objectives and key performance indicators with a proactive mindset to achieve outstanding results in your store? You might currently hold a position as a Team Leader, Keyholder, or an experienced Sales Associate in any retail setting, or you may possess supervisory experience and be eager for a new opportunity.

We are in search of a warm, approachable, and optimistic Team Leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional service to all customers. You will consistently provide high-quality customer service, offering advice on shoe care, handbags, and accessories tailored to meet customer needs. Collaborating closely with the store management team, you will motivate and guide your team in fostering a customer-centric culture, providing genuine, honest, and knowledgeable insights about our products.

Key Responsibilities for Success as a Team Leader

You will be self-aware, capable of reflecting, learning, and taking ownership of your responsibilities and the performance of your store as a Team Leader within the management team. You will assist the management team in the daily operations of the store while coaching and developing your team. Deliver consistently high levels of customer service, providing guidance on shoe care and accessories to meet customer needs when appropriate.

Compensation

£26,187 per annum (£12.59 per hour)

Upon successful completion of the required retail induction program stages, your salary will increase to £26,353 per annum (£12.67 per hour).
