Supervisor Opportunity at Pavers Shoes

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Supervisor to join our team at Pavers Shoes in Hayes Garden World, Ambleside. As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales assistants to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Support the store management team in the day-to-day running of the store, including coaching and developing the team.
  • Deliver consistently high levels of customer service, advising on shoe care and accessories to complement a customer's needs.

  • A competitive salary of £26,187 per annum (£12.59 per hour), increasing to £26,353 per annum (£12.67 per hour) after completing the required retail induction programme.
