As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient order processing for bulk orders. Your responsibilities will involve managing administrative tasks, processing accurate quotes and orders, and maintaining clear communication with various teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage administrative duties for Bulk Sales, ensuring seamless order processing and customer satisfaction
  • Process quotes and orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing your knowledge of bikes and components
  • Coordinate delivery and handover of bikes to customers, ensuring timely and efficient logistics
  • Update Sharepoint with order information, maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues, providing clear and informed communication
  • Deliver exceptional service by creating 'WOW' moments, exceeding customer expectations
  • Utilize your knowledge to streamline bulk order processes, improving efficiency and productivity

Requirements

  • Prior experience in Customer Services, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention
  • Familiarity with bikes and components, with a passion for the industry
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with various teams
  • Basic Excel knowledge, with the ability to analyze data and reports
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, with a flexible and adaptable attitude
  • Enthusiastic, transparent, and proactive attitude, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure, with a focus on resolving issues efficiently
  • Effective time management and task prioritization, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver results
