General Manager - FMCG

Cast UK Limited is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our client's FMCG business through a major growth phase. As a key member of the executive team, you will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Identify new market opportunities and partnerships to enhance the company's market position.
  • Oversee sales and marketing functions, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • P&L and Cash Flow Forecasting responsibilities.
  • Ensure efficient and effective operations across the supply chain, production, and distribution.
  • Implement best practices to optimize processes, reduce costs, and improve productivity.
  • Oversee the development and execution of operational plans to support business growth.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and development.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute the company's strategic plan.
  • Set clear performance goals and KPIs, and regularly assess progress against targets.
