The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at our hotel in Cardiff City Centre.

As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation are consistently met.

You will be passionate about cooking and have the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes in a timely and efficient manner
  • Managing and training junior members of the kitchen team
  • Maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment
  • Ensuring that all dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times

Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role
  • A strong passion for food and cooking
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations
