Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Banqueting Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at Exclusive Collection. As a key member of our brigade, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our banqueting kitchen, delivering exceptional food quality and service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the preparation and service of food for our large conference and banqueting operation.
  • Contribute to the development of creative menus and service in the kitchen, maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Provide feedback to the Sous Chef on any relevant issues or concerns from colleagues or guests.
  • Support other sections of the kitchen and assist with mentoring junior team members.
  • Assist with daily ordering, taking into account stock usage, menu planning, and business levels.
  • Ensure the kitchen meets company standards for cleanliness, stock control, and work prioritization.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar high-quality hotel or restaurant environment.
  • A genuine passion for food and a willingness to learn and innovate.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety and food safety guidelines within the kitchen.
  • Ability to work to high standards and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience of supervising and guiding others.
