About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and talented Chef de Partie to join our team at The Langham, London in partnership with Albert and Michel Roux Jr.

As a Chef de Partie, you will work in a creative and inspiring environment, using seasonal and fresh produce to create contemporary European dishes. This is an excellent opportunity to sharpen your skills working in a leading restaurant, with great career development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work alongside an already impressive team delivering world-class culinary experiences for our guests.
  • Use seasonal and fresh produce to create contemporary European dishes.
  • Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and dishes.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service.
