About the Role

We are seeking a talented Commis Chef to join our team at The Langham, London in partnership with Albert and Michel Roux Jr.

As a Commis Chef, you will work in a creative and inspiring environment, using seasonal and fresh produce to create contemporary European dishes.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and work alongside an experienced team delivering exceptional culinary experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of dishes
  • Work collaboratively with the culinary team to maintain high standards
  • Contribute to the development of new menu ideas
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development
