About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Casual Nursery Worker to join our team at Grandir UK's Kiddi Caru Day Nursery in Writtle. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a positive role model to promote Grandir UK values
  • Ensure equality of access and opportunity for all staff, parents, and children
  • Supervise and support children at all times
  • Contribute to maintaining a welcoming and attractive environment
  • Prepare and supervise activities under the guidance of Level 3 qualified Practitioners
  • Implement company policies, procedures, and operational practices
  • Ensure practice and provision meet the Early Years Foundation stage requirements
  • Notify your line manager of any concerns or issues
  • Maintain a positive attitude and confidentiality
  • Attend regular staff meetings and training sessions
