Office Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Manager to support our Music Production client. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our studio and office, coordinating logistics, and providing administrative support to our creative team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Talent and Studio Management:

Coordinate and book artists and studios to ensure all sessions are scheduled effectively and run smoothly.

Logistics Coordination:

Arrange travel, accommodation, and other logistics for clients and team members, ensuring all arrangements are cost-effective and meet the needs of the project.

Scheduling:

Manage and update production schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met and resources are allocated efficiently.

Project Support:

Provide comprehensive support to the creative team, assisting with the preparation and execution of projects, including organizing materials and handling any logistical challenges.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the office team to support day-to-day operations, including managing correspondence, handling office suppliers, liaising with utility services, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed.

Process Improvement:

Continuously seek out and propose new, innovative ways to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and improve the overall production workflow.

Stakeholder Liaison:

Act as a point of contact for clients and team members, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations throughout the production process.

Budget Management:

Assist in managing production budgets, ensuring that projects stay within financial limits while maintaining the highest quality standards.

With a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar studio/operations management role within the music or media industry, you will be well-equipped to take on this challenging and rewarding role.
