Customer Success Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Sales Coordinator to join our existing UK Masonry sales team based in Sheffield, UK.
The role is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers to drive sales and increase profitability. In addition, it is also responsible for encouraging repeat purchases and brand loyalty by adding value to transactions, providing the right solutions alongside excellent customer service.
Main Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate with customers to secure orders.
- Liaise with other departments pre and post-sale to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Proactively follow up on quotations to ensure timely closure.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and brand loyalty.
Requirements
- GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English grades A-C.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Dynamics CRM.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
- Experience in a sales or customer-facing role is desirable.
