Key Responsibilities

Efficiently manage a personal portfolio of small to mid-sized clients to achieve New Business and Renewal Retention Rate targets. Adhere to the company's Sales Quality standards to ensure high-quality outcomes for clients. Promote additional products and handle inquiries related to new business. Cultivate strong relationships with clients and insurers. Maintain a thorough understanding of the Private Medical Insurance market, products, and regulations, participating in insurer training as required. Negotiate premiums effectively with current and alternative insurers to secure favorable outcomes for clients. Document all business activities, including new and retention efforts, in the database daily. Collaborate with team members to provide additional support as needed. Ensure all necessary documentation is filed to maintain compliance throughout the process.

Essential Qualifications

Experience in Private Medical Insurance. Proven ability in building relationships with Insurers/Providers, Clients, and Account Managers is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Background in Customer Service. Possession of Cert CII IF7 or a willingness to pursue this qualification. Strong numerical and literacy capabilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Friendly telephone demeanor. Highly organized and capable of performing well under pressure while meeting deadlines.
