We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Internal Account Manager to join our team at Gooding Group Limited. As an Internal Account Manager, you will play a critical role in building strong relationships with our customers and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts at our national Plc partners
- Secure information and insights to inform our Training and Relationship (T&R) and Account Management functions
- Develop and deliver site presentation tools and regular electronic communication to ensure all parties have the latest information
- Analyze plot data to identify successful and underperforming sites, and develop strategies to improve performance
- Develop the skills and confidence of our customers' client-facing teams through regular communication and training
- Experience in account management, preferably in the construction industry
- Demonstrable sales or service management experience with a track record of success and evidence of working towards targets and KPIs
- Strong understanding of and passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Ability to build new productive working relationships and maintain and grow existing relationships
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Commercial awareness and a hunger for success
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented
- Strong problem-solving abilities and good attention to detail
