Join Our Team as a Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team and drive sales growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a new store, building a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of sales-driven professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and a passion for delivering results.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to recruit, train, and develop new team members.
  • Ensure the store is maintained to the highest standards, with a focus on cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising.
  • Deliver regular feedback to team members, setting performance development plans and KPIs to drive improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, including Security, Health & Safety, and GDPR.
