About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team at B&M Retail. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in delivering exceptional store standards and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Store Manager in leading and developing a high-performing team
  • Support the implementation of sales and operational strategies to drive business growth
  • Ensure excellent customer service and store standards are maintained at all times
  • Manage and control store operations, including stock management and inventory control
  • Develop and implement plans to improve sales and customer engagement
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays
  • Knowledge of retail operations and sales strategies
