Project Manager - Heat Treatments/Metallurgy

Location: Stoke-On-Trent, with hybrid/remote working available.

Salary: £50,000-£60,000 + hybrid working + car or car allowance available + pension + holiday + company benefits.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced project manager to take on a new challenge with a progressive company. As a key member of the team, you will be involved in exciting new projects up to the value of £1m.

The successful candidate will have a background in managing repairs, decommissioning, and installation of heat treatment/metallurgy or refractory. They will be responsible for overseeing small works to large-scale improvements, working alongside maintenance and engineering departments, and ensuring regulatory requirements and standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from small works to large-scale improvements
  • Work alongside an existing project team
  • Ensure regulatory requirements and standards are met
  • Oversee projects including maintenance repairs, decommission, install, and commission
  • Knowledge and experience of managing CAPEX projects

Requirements:

  • Experienced project manager with a background in heat treatment/metallurgy or refractory
  • Knowledge of CAPEX projects and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to work alongside maintenance and engineering departments
