Technical Delivery Manager

Shape IT Recruitment is seeking a seasoned Technical Delivery Manager to lead cross-functional teams and drive project success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Scope Definition: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate project teams through all phases, from planning to service transition.
  • Technical Solution Alignment: Ensure technical solutions align with business strategies and quality standards.
  • Project Budgeting: Manage project budgets, risks, and resources.
  • Stakeholder Updates: Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Agile Methodologies: Support Agile ceremonies and foster team collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 5+ years in project management within Defence or National Security sectors.
  • Track Record: Proven track record of delivering tech projects on time and within budget.
  • Agile Expertise: Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Security Clearance: Eligible for UK Security Check (SC) clearance, with potential for Developed Vetting (DV).
