Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Engineer to join our team at Kier Group, a leading construction and infrastructure company. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering electrical projects within our Wastewater Asset Assurance Programme (WAAP).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with the workforce to promote health, safety, and wellbeing, leading by example on leading indicators.
  • Select and manage Mechanical & Electrical supply chain and package scope based on technical and commercial judgement.
  • Supervise work to ensure it is carried out in accordance with method statements and work instructions.
  • Accountability for the review and management of MEICA design outputs from our design partners.
  • Work with MEICA site supervisors and commissioning engineers to monitor site progress and check the works are in line with the approved designs.

Requirements:

  • Industry experience within water and commissioning Mechanical and/or Electrical plant in wastewater.
  • BEng/ ONC/ HNC/ BTEC qualified Mechanical or engineer.
  • CSCS card, SSSTS & Confined Spaces.
  • Experience in reviewing RAMS and understanding the risks associated with process plant installations.
  • Full driving licence.
