Resideo is a leading global provider of security, automation, and smart home solutions. We are currently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to enhance our Pro AV market position in the UK and Ireland.

This role requires working closely with our sales teams to identify and capitalize on sales growth opportunities within the commercial audio/visual and Electronic Security industries. The ideal candidate will have a background in B2B sales, with a focus on expanding our customer base and building strategic relationships.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and close business relationships in the Pro AV market
  • Create and execute annual strategic plans for assigned programs
  • Expand the Pro AV customer base
  • Provide regular progress reports and financial analysis to management
  • Offer direction on resources and training programs for field sales and customers
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the commercial audio/visual industry
  • Valid Driving License
