AV Field Service Engineer

Clarify Consultancy Ltd is seeking a skilled AV Field Service Engineer to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients and ensuring that all technical requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide end-user training on new device installations.
  • Accurately complete service records.
  • Build strong relationships with clients.
  • Conduct thorough site surveys to a high standard.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development.

As a successful candidate, you will have at least 2 years of experience in a professional audio, video, or video conferencing role, with the ability to install and configure equipment using software tools and terminate cables to industry standard. A current driving license is essential for this field-based role.
