AV Field Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled AV Field Service Technician to join our team at a leading communications company. As an AV Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for delivering end-user training after installation of new devices, accurately completing service records, building relationships with clients, conducting and recording site surveys to a high standard, and participating in various training and development.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of previous experience within a professional audio, video, video conferencing, or similar technical role.
  • Ability to install and configure equipment using software tools and terminate cables to industry standards.
  • Current driving license is essential.
