  5. Team Leadership: Assist the Store Manager in training and coaching the store team to enhance their skills and career development.
  6. Ear Piercing: Receive full training on ear piercing procedures and provide exceptional service to customers.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A high school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Minimum one year retail management experience.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
  4. Basic computer skills.
  5. A sound understanding of mathematics and strong reading comprehension skills.
  6. The ability to analyze sales reports and strategically problem-solve.
  7. The ability to stand during scheduled shifts.
  8. The ability to maneuver up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds occasionally.
  9. The ability to bend, stoop, and climb ladders and step stools while placing merchandise throughout the store and assisting customers.
  10. The ability to operate a POS system.
