Commercial Real Estate Internship Opportunity

Hudson Advisors L.P. is a leading manager of commercial real estate, corporate, and financial assets. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Asset Management team.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the everyday asset and portfolio management of our clients' portfolios across various real estate sectors and geographies.
- Monitor critical dates, such as lease renewals and rent reviews, and flag them via the correct channels in a timely manner.
- Support the marketing and leasing of vacant spaces across different sectors, including office, industrial, retail, leisure, and residential.
- Assist with the monitoring of sales performance within operational portfolios in the living sector, such as purpose-built student accommodation.
- Support the development and construction team with the preparation of cost plans, construction programs, and recommendations to deliver underwritten business plans.
- Prepare and present regular KPI reports to our clients, both operational and financial, as well as provide asset disposal recommendations.
- Develop and integrate sustainability best practices and accreditations where necessary, working with our ESG team to drive client sustainability.
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the Asset Management team.
- Currently studying and undertaking a placement year or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in real estate, finance, business administration, or a related field.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a particular focus on Excel.
- Basic understanding of real estate fundamentals and asset management principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid communication and language skills, with an understanding of the appropriate mediums and language for various stakeholders and seniorities.
- Collaborate well with team members and business partners, as well as an ability to work independently under pressure.
- A genuine interest in real estate asset management and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to adapt and evolve one's actions, opinions, and behavior as a result of changing priorities.
- Fluent English is essential, with additional languages beneficial, particularly Spanish, French, or German.
- Willing to commute regularly to our London office.
