We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Reception Head to become a vital part of our exceptional team at Hakkasan Mayfair.

The ideal candidate for the Reception Head position will possess:

  • Relevant experience in a comparable position within a dynamic setting; experience in a high-end establishment is a significant plus;
  • A genuine passion for providing outstanding guest services, coupled with a warm and welcoming demeanor;
  • Proficiency in reservation management systems, ideally Open Table;
  • Strong leadership abilities, including the capacity to train and guide the Reception Team;
  • Experience in guest recognition and profiling;
  • Exceptional personal presentation and communication skills, with a solid command of English;
  • Flexibility to work full-time and adapt to varying schedules;
  • Capability to thrive in high-pressure situations;
  • Valid proof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
