Application Support Engineer

Are you a motivated and driven individual looking to start your career in the automotive software industry? We are seeking an Application Support Engineer to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment.

You will have the chance to work on a variety of projects, including progressing customer orders, providing remote support, and assisting with customer training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Progress customer orders, ensuring hardware, software, and services are available
  • Provide ongoing remote support to customers via telephone, email, and internet
  • Assist with and lead customer training sessions
  • Perform performance testing and calibration of produced hardware modules

Requirements:

  • Interest in working in the automotive industry
  • Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physics background
  • Local to Trowbridge
