Job Title: Pharmacist - Mental Health Experience

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist with mental health experience to join our team at an NHS hospital in Bedfordshire.

About the Role:

This is a Band 7 clinical pharmacist position, requiring a strong background in mental health pharmacy practice. The successful candidate will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical pharmacy services to patients with mental health conditions
  • Develop and implement medication management plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
  • Contribute to the development of pharmacy services and policies
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
  • Experience in mental health pharmacy practice
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
