Job Title: Locum Advanced Specialist Pharmacist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist to join our team at a Mental Health client in North London. As a Locum Advanced Specialist Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in covering the mental health wards and assisting dispensary teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Medicines reconciliation and drug chat screening
  • Offering advice to patients on the wards
  • Screening in the dispensary, inpatients, and outpatients
  • Assisting the ATOs and Pharm Techs with checking when needed
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Current and valid registration with the GPHC as a Pharmacist
  • Previous hospital experience
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
Working Hours and Contract Duration:

This position is Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm with 30 minutes for lunch.
