Christmas Season Sales Assistant/Driver Opportunity

We are seeking a vibrant and ambitious individual to join our team as a Sales Assistant/Driver at Majestic Wine High Wycombe during the Christmas season.

About the Role

As a Sales Assistant/Driver, you will support your store team in boosting sales and ensuring the smooth operation of our store. Your mission is to help our customers discover and buy wines, beers, and spirits they will love this Christmas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive store performance by embracing sales opportunities and exceeding targets.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
  • Share your passion for our products with customers.
  • Maintain our store's impeccable appearance.
  • Assist with operational tasks, including delivering wine to customers, merchandising stock deliveries, and calling valued customers to drive sales opportunities.
  • Ensure we operate safely by following all internal policies and training.
Requirements
  • Excellent time management, delegation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Self-motivated, able to thrive when working alone and as part of a team.
  • A can-do attitude with a knack for solving challenges.
  • Adaptable and resilient to meet the ever-changing demands of our business.
  • Wine, beer, and spirits knowledge is a plus, but a passion for learning is essential.
  • Hold a full UK/EU/EEA driving license for at least 12 months with no more than 6 penalty points.
